  • State or Government Issued ID required during check-in.

  • All guests must sign a single visit or 3-month membership form.

  • No refunds will be given at anytime.

  • All bags are subject to search prior to entry.

  • For the security and safety of our guest, we may require that your personal gym bag, back pack or other personal storage item be left in your vehicle prior to entry.

  • We are a DRUG-FREE and SMOKE-FREE environment.  If a guest violates this membership requirement, we will permanently ban you from having a membership at Vapor Spa.

  • BE ADVISED - 3 month membership purchase are no longer available at this time.  Your membership cost is $10 plus the cost of your locker or room.

The Center for Disease Control and the Kentucky Department For Public Health have determined that COVID-19 is an infectious disease and Monkeypox is a viral disease that can result in severe illness or death (COVID-19), fever, chills, painful/itchy rashes (Monkeypox).  Guests with underlying medical conditions, compromised immune systems and/or senior citizens are at added risk upon exposure.  There is an inherent risk of exposure when guest visit a public area where other guests are present.  By visiting Vapor Spa, guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and Monkeypox.  Vaccines are available.  Consult with your healthcare provider to determined what is best for you.
